Fireproof

Yesterday was the first day of our Fall Break. Since Marc has to observe in a classroom today, tomorrow, and Thursday, we decided to take it easy and have some fun today. (The house is clean, so we deserved it!)

First, we went to eat lunch at Mason's. They have a $4 tapas menu, so we ordered crab dip, fried pickle spears, and ravioli to share. Marc ordered a Dagwood sandwich (Hadn't heard that in years...) and I ordered some BBQ sliders off the tapas menu. It was really good, as always.

After lunch, we headed over to BridgeStreet, because I wanted to go to Bath and Body Works to pick up some room sprays. (On sale for $3 a can!!!) Since the Apple Store was just across the way, we headed over there. (I actually had this part planned!) Marc has been talking about the iPod Touch pretty much nonstop. His birthday is at the end of this month and that's what he really wanted. So, after looking at them for a few minutes, we bought one for him. (It's a really neat little thing!) Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary, Sweetie!

After buying the iTouch, we went to see Fireproof at Monaco Pictures. I heard about this movie a few weeks ago and really wanted to see it. It's from the makers of Facing the Giants. It's a really good movie, and I would recommend it to anyone, especially married couples who want to make their marriage stronger.

On the way home, we grabbed dinner at Logan's. They had a great special: Two meals for $12.99. We were stuffed when we left, but I had so much fun spending time with Marc!
